Health buffs and weight loss challengers alike would always look at the calories count in their food. I, for one, am very conscious now if I am eating only the enough calories I can burn without having to do a lot of exercises. I am such a lazy couch potato! (haha)

I’ve just began my journey to weight loss, I hope I will get used to looking at calories count of food packages and be conscious about it (haha). It’s really a challenge for me to overlook the mouthwatering front labels and proceed to the nutrition facts (haha) π
Yeah, you need to make the effort to make out the small print on the labels. It’s also time consuming especially when you’re pressed for time shopping. Fresh green veggies are always healthy, and they don’t come with labels. They don’t need labels π
